Is it the municipality or the local business association?

I have found this forum to be quite informative and applaud your efforts. As a tourist visiting—the impression portrayed by such an open exchange of ideas is that of a genuinely concerned community with a proactive attitude towards the future. Interested in making Culebra the best it can be. In my humble opinion if the Condado area or the Puerto Rican Tourist Office had done the same, the big island of Puerto Rico would have retained its share of the Caribbean tourism business.

I agree with the above comment, I have visited Culebra many times and I always check this website for schedules, events, numbers and updates.
Also the people of Culebra are extremely friendly and accomodating. On July 2003 I was meeting a group of friends for the weekend, I was traveling by air, they were by ferry, they didn't make the ferry on time and I was on my own. After I tried to find a way back to the main island with no success, one of the locals offered his home for the night, we had a blast (I was served diiner by his family later we spend the night playing dominoes) in the morning I was given breakfast and taken to the morning ferry. Thanks Culebra, it an expirience I will never forget!
