Hey guys, I've been looking around and I can't find anything concise about what scooters cost at different places on the island, and what flights cost from different airports in San Juan. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Well Connor, if you click on transport on this web site (or almost any website connected with Culebra, even a few of the guest house sites have transport info) you'll see sections covering all of those questions - who and how to contact those people, via phone or web page. The scooter web site gives rates as well. The issue of price of different airlines is all over this site as well.
But if you aren't positive you are getting all the factual info, you can google it too! Try plain old Culebra or Airlines Culebra or Scooters Culebra or...well, I'm sure you get the idea.
