It's about a 15-20 minutes ride from Isla Grande to the SJU airport.
When booking your flight from Culebra to head back, I would consider taking the second to the last flight out. Call me nervous nelly, but after our flight was delayed an hour and despite the guy at the counter saying that he would help us secure a taxi when we arrived at Isla Grande, none was there. Thankfully, there were people there to help us but the wait was agonizing as the minutes ticked on...we made it to the airport in time to catch our flight by 15 minutes!
