Transport from Rincon to Culebra?

Hi, this is my second posting. Does anyone know how to get to Culebra from Rincon? Really appreciate your help on this. Thanks!

I don't know about Rincon but I am renting a car for $150 for the week from Budget in Ponce and driving to Fajardo. I'm going to leave my car at the ferry terminal for several days while I'm in Culebra. (I hope it will be there when I get back). I found this was the best thing for me since I need a car to tour around the Puerto Rico a bit before and after. I suppose this wouldn't be an option if you're under 25 years old. I know flying would be even more expensive and you would need to find ground transportation. I do not know if buses are an option.
