Definitely Costa Bonita. I'm fuzzy on the details, but it has been reported here over the past year or two that the place has been mismanaged, understaffed (no one wants to work for these rude neighbors), and in and out of bankruptcy.
The place is totally out of character with the rest of this wonderful island. Lovers of Culebra's laid back charm will not mourn its demise. Perhaps it can be salvaged as moderately priced housing for seniors or perhaps headquarters for a Corp of Engineer clean up crew to clear unexploded munitions from the refuge.
