yes, per night, per tent.
remember to set your tent up under some shade because it gets really hot midday!
the ground is hard but unless you prefer soft, DH & I were fine with it (we've tented on top of a concrete roof...)
you will definitely need to bring some deet for the skeeters and no-see-ums!
when we camped out there last march, it was chilly at night but DH and I had our sleeping bags (lined with flannel), silk liners, long-sleeve shirts and long pants. It was fine and the sounds of the ocean just a few feet away are hypnotic.
