this wasnt a court order, it was an order from the Authority of Conservation and Development of Culebra (ACDEC), you need a permit of ACDEC to do anything in Culebra... right now, members of the community and ACDEClawyer are in the evaluation of what is gonna be the next step... we nneed to be very careful and most of all we must work altogether with the Municipio... we are definetly not going back... very slowly this is moving in the right direction...
