check under "transport" on this and other sites - a plane ride (not helicopter) runs between generally $100 - to $130 rt.
while I'm sure you could charter a helicopter, it would be insanely expensive.
can't answer the rental gear questions, but that's been addressed somewhere around here.

it ain't rocket science. but let me put it this way, compared to being 3 days from the nearest outpost in the New Mexico Rockies with no fresh water, bears, digging ones own latrine and near freezing overnight temperatures, it's the Plaza Hotel.
