The groceries will be a little more expensive in Culebra because everything is shipped over. So if you're to cut down on expenses you have the option to shop in Fajardo. The eateries in the campground are kiosks that are located in the parking rea to Flamenco Beach. You can get a nice plate of rice & beans and chicken skewers and a drink for about $5.00 which is a good deal. As far as breakfast is concerned, I believe you can get coffee and pastries in the kiosk area. If you're looking for a heatier breakfast, you can ride the vans (publicos) into town for a charge of $2.00 per person and just tell the driver to drop you off at Pandeli where you can get pancakes, waffles, eggs, coffee, orange juice for under $5.00 per person. They also make very good lunch sandwiches.
