Me and a few friends are going to in culebra in a few weeks for a few days. thanks to everybody who previously posted topis about the campsite, you answered all my questions! I was wondering if anybody had a suggestion about the best and easiest way to get to the ferry from san juan. Also, will we need licenses to spearfish around the island? Thanks!
