Definitely sounds like Melones beach house. I used to clean it when I worked for Vacation Planners.
Very neat place, one of those few *right on the beach* (cleaning holiday houses on Culebra can be very enjoyable...what are you going to do when the laundry is drying except hang out on the beach??).
