House for 2 families

Hello,

We would like to plan a vacation for 2 families to Vieques or Culebra.

We each have 4 kids ranging in age from 10 to 17.
Our kids would not mind sleeping on the floor.

We are on a very tight budget.

Does anyone have a suggestion of a full house that would have 3 or 4 bedrooms that we should check out?

Naturally we would like a house with the most bang for the buck :)
