Culebra for 3 days in November... help!

Hello,
My boyfriend and I will be in Culebra for three (hopefully) relaxing days in the middle of November. All we're looking for is beautiful beaches, snorkeling, and good food. Any suggestions as far as reasonably-priced lodging, on the beach if possible? He found a place on Melones but I'm uncertain. We're probably going to rent a jeep so walking distance from town is not a huge issue, but I don't want to be forced to drive a long way just to find a bite to eat.
Any suggestions (lodging or otherwise) would be appreciated :-)
Thanks,
Rflip

I am obviously biased, but, judging by your post, I think you would enjoy staying at one of our villas :)

There's really not much "driving a long way to eat" in Culebra. Pretty much most places to get food are in the main Dewey town area so especially because you are thinking of renting a Jeep, you'll be fine. I recommend Club Seaborne even if it's not right at the beach, but it's definitely got one of the nicest restaurants on the island and great acommodations. Not on the beach but pretty close to it. We've also stayed at the villas at the beach and they are not the cheapest for what you get, but the view can be amazing. I would check with Vacation Planners for more options. Last time we stayed at the most wonderful little guest house from them, reasonably priced and the best view on the island we've seen.
