question-Fajardo to Culebra ferry

I have heard that the passenger ferry from Fajardo to Culebra often fills up completely. Might I be safe trying to buy an advance ticket at noon for that night's (Thursday) 7:00 pm outbound ferry? Or do the tickets usually sell-out by that time of day? Thanks for any help.
