Hello Cody;
When you arrive to Pueto Rico and can fly from international airport by Isla Nena or Airflamenco from Isla Grande or may take a Taxi for $60.00 that may take you to fajardo. There you take the ferry there is one at 3.00pm and 7.00pm for $2.25 per person.
To stay i recommend Casa Robinson,mamacita,Villa Bohem ,Clubseabourne and there are much more. The best way to see the isalnd is by renting a Jeep and i recommed Carlos Jeep Rental 787-742-3514 they provide nice service.
