a friend told me there is a big party (when everyone takes their boats etc.) in culebra either june or july. if it takes place, do someone knows the exact days?

In the month of July, Culebra is visited by many locals.
If you like crazy partying, go there by the 4th, but even more from 25th to 27 or 28th.

Many responsible boaters have been skipping Culebra for that reason, there are many boaters that do not know anything about boats.
