About the the ferry you may bring the car over but you may have problem coming or going because the ferry is always full of resident vechicles or the cargo food for the island and trucks. But if you cant make it with the car in culebra there are rentals you can call Carlos Jeep Rental 787-742-3514 they will pick you up upon arrival. Hope this my help you!
