This might be a silly question... but I have not heard anything about drinking water on Culebra, so I assume it's OK to drink the tap water?

Also, does anyone know if it's possible at all to buy those cheap styrofoam coolers so we can take lunches to the beach? I saw that some guest houses provide these for guests but not ours.
