camping help!

I will be spending March 26-31st in Culebra and was hoping to camp. I cannot get through to the offices though via phone to reserve a spot, and I understand it's a busy time. Any advice? How hard is it to get a spot/rent a tent even when it's busy?

Did you have a good experience camping? Any spots we should stake out if we get a chance? And anything special we should bring?
