We will be arriving Culebra by sailboat (from BVI) and departing from SJU. I've seen the discussion about flight schedules and considered cahrter flights as well. My question is about the time required to make out outbound flight (leaving SJU at 4:00PM on 25 March).
If we fly to SJU will we need to clear our luggage through customs? Yes, yes I understand that we will clear into Culebra from BVI, the question is if the flights from Cuebra take passengers to a "domestic" side of the airport or is they deplane on the "international" side requiring us and our bags to go through the C&I process. (We fully understand this hassle, this is our 6th annual trip through SJU).
