cell phone service - Cingular? Verizon?

Hi everyone - Just wondering which cell phone service works out in Culebra. I know Nextel is completely out of the question (what else is new). Will those Cingular Go plans work? How is Verizon?

Traveling from New York - does anyone know if Verizon or Cingular Go plans cover Culebra or will it roam, etc??
