My wife & I are staying in San Juan for a couple of days (Feb 24 - 26) and then plan on heading to Fajardo to catch a ferry to Culebra. We're from northern Canada (north Alberta) and have never been to Puerto Rico. We're at the mercy of the locals there and would like some helpful advice on how to get to and from San Juan to Fajardo without being robbed blind. I've been reading the forum to get advice and would really appreciate some helpful advice. Thanks,
