The previous post on this forum mentions a new guest house called Vigias and says it's named after the hightest mountain on the island. I thought the highest mountain in Culebra was called Resaca. Is Vigias a local/popular name for the same peak? I was hoping to hike to the high point during my visit. Is it in an off limits area of the wildlife refuge? Can someone provide access directions? Seems to me I've seen mention of a Mt. Resaca Trail somewhere (Tamarindo Estates site).
Thanks,
Steve
