We are going to stay a month on Culebra (first visit) and wondered which cell phones work best? I know that Verizon charges roaming charges, so that's out. I was considering the Cingular pay-as-you-go plan. They charge 10 cents a minute to the States, which is where I want to call, but they couldn't assure me that there is coverage on Culebra.
How is the reception, and are there dead spots?
Very excited about our first visit.
