First, thanks to those who responded to my earlier email about places to stay. I am still trying to figure out the ferry from Culebra to Vieques. I read in a guidebook that there is one that runs, but it is unreliable and doesn't always go. It said that it leaves Culebra at 5 pm. Is any of this true??? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
