Yes, the Boheme and Fulladoza are on the same street. The Fulladoza is maybe a couple of hundred yards away. For what it's worth, in November and early December we did not need a/c in the house we were renting. The ceiling fans were fine. Personally I do not like to use a/c because it seems to delay my adaptation to the heat.
