That restaurant has had a very hard time staying open. It was closed when I was there over New Years, and I didn't hear any buzz about it opening back up. I've seen it under several different managers and several different schedules of hours. The ironic thing is, that the rough road that made it a chore to drive there has been repaired. If for no other reason, the sunsets over Luis Pena made it a great 'destination'. If that is the attraction, you might try what I and my friends did: pack a picnic and dine out at Punta Soldado.
