Hello, I would like to plan a trip to Culebra during April and kayak. I am hoping someone can answer some questions for me.
1. Is there a place to rent kayaks?
2. Where can one obtain navigation charts of the seas?
3 What is the distance to circumnavigate Culebra and what level skills are necessary?
4. What is the distance to the out islands and which would any one recommend?
5. Is April a good time of year to visit and will the campground be crowded?
6. Is camping allowed on any of the out islands?
7. How far is it from Culebra to Vieques, is it kayakable?
