Another thread reminded me to remind you :)

The festival is from the 19th to the 22nd of January 2006 in Old San Juan. If you have not been there, I highly recommend it - one should experience it at least once!

If it coincides with your travel plans to Culebra, you should try to make it - you won't need the hotel in Old San Juan ;)
