culebrita or cayo norte
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Hello, I have heard that it is OK to go to either place during the day but not during the night, that they are both really beautiful. Does anyone know if you can camp there if you tell someone beforehand, and what is allowed or not allowed, etc, or who I can contact to find out for a vacation in February. Thank you.

Cayo Norte is a private island. You need to have permission by the family who owns it.

Culebrita only during the day, no camping, please.

Enjoy Culebra!

The las family I heard that owned Cayo Norte is Padron.
Culebrita has a beach facing north, that is even more beautiful than Falmenco.
However, you must get there by boat. Camping and any type of fire are NOT permited.
Just swim, walk, and enjoy.
