culebra to St. Thomas

We are coming to Culebra in March, been a couple times, absolutly love it. Had a hard time booking flights this year and ended up for our return trip with a connecting flight from San Juan to St. Thomas then on to our final destination. Is there a more efficient way to get from Culebra to the Airport on St. Thomas than the ferry to Fajardo then ground to San Juan or an island hopper flight back to San Juan?

It depends on the $$ you are willing to spend. Check out transport!
