Lauren,
Casablanca Condo is in a great location - close to most everything yet off the main drag so it should be quiet. We did not stay there but it looks nice. We were up the hill next to the airport and we didn't particularly like our accomodations so I cannot recommend it. If I were to go back, I would probably stay at Villa Boheme or Fulladoza because of their location in town. Culebra is pretty quiet in general and noise shouldn't be a problem even in town. Except of course for the chickens! They drove us crazy every morning! Not much you can do about that. If you have any other questions, you can email us directly. We also have pictures of our trip posted at www.pbase.com/peterb - just scroll down til you see the Culebra gallery. Be sure to eat at La Bahia - which should be close to Casablanca. Also, Barbara Rosa's was good and cheap. Juanita Bananas was exceptional but more expensive (well worth it). And the tiger prawns at Coconuts Beach Bar on Flamenco were amazing! The best snorkeling we found was around the corner from Carlos Rosario. By the way, just ignore the stupid comments from Joel - this is forum for people to gather info about travel to Culebra from those who have been there. As any questions you want. I'm happy to answer.
