Debbie,A million apologies. I said in another
post this was my first post. The person I was
referring to was Gail Meka at the head of the
Costa Bonita resort post . Anybody - is the
Mayoral the same who one had trouble with funds
in Vieques and Belize. I have property in
Vieques and it sounds like the same guy?
