I disagree with Andra. We had 3 families rent most of the rooms at Villa Flamenco Beach all at the same time. We found it very nice and all felt that we would rather stay there than at Culebra Beach Villas next door, although I don't feel strongly about avoiding CBV. VFB was clean, well run, had everything we needed including cooking and we are going back. CBV would be better for a spring break going wild, but VFB would be better for reading a book and resting (we didn't get too much rest with all the kids we brought).
