As I understand it- your flight out of SJU is at 2 AM??
Vieques Air Link (787-741-8331) & I think Air Flamenco (787-724-6464) have late (5PM) flights out of Culebra to the 'little' airport @ Isla Grande. This is a 15 min/$12 cab ride to SJU.
