Will there be ferries running between Fajardo and Culebra on Easter Sunday?

Also, if we do arrive on Easter, what inconveniences should we expect as a result of holiday closings?

Wow ! Josh ... that will be a hell of a time to get the ferry.
Despite he bad conditions of the ferries, you should add many people, though not as bad as Saturday.
If you can change it... you'll be glad if you do.
