Besides mosquitoes, you will see the most irreponsible, crazy partying, loud stupid, music, you'll ever see.
That is if you get to the ferry, the line is endless, people trying to get past you... in other words, you have selected the worst date to go to a place like Culebra.

Good luck...

Earlier on I too said that I would be visiting the week after Santa Semana, and you said that all I had to worry about was the possibility of leftover trash and and a cleaned-out grocery. I was under the impression that most Santa Semana vacationers left after Easter Sunday. This was incorrect?

That is correct, but the leftover trash begins to be cleaned on Monday or even Tuesday. The groceries, will be available again begining with the first cargo ferry that arrives.
I'd say that begins to be normal starting on Monday.
Still... hope for the best, since all of the feries are in bad shape and never knows when they could miss a delivery.

The week I had planned to go to Culebra sounds horrible! Is the week before easter going to be so unbearable that we shouldn't go?? i am planning on staying at the campground... is it worth it. Would we have to worry about our belongings, or food?
