Air Service from SJU to Culebra

My wide and I are planning a trip to Culebra in June. Our flight arrives at 2:00PM on the 7th. We would like to catch a plane there but I can't find information on ergular scheduled air service. Is all of the air service on-demand or is there someone who offers scheduled service? Coming back our departure is after 4:00PM.

What should I do? Take the taxi/ferry instead?
