Hello Karen,
Culebra Beach Villas has different owners, and each villas are different. The location is great and there is a place there that you can eat, "Coconuts Beach Grill" the owners are great and the food better, price are the best.
Also youmay encounter difficulties to find a publico to get to the Villas, because of the road. You will need to rent a vehicle or scooters.
