Has anyone been to The hotel called Culebra Ocean View? Also in general is it better to stay in town ie. socialize with others and just make trips out to the beaches or is town a noisy,crowded,nightmare. I am thrilled with the idea of the quiet beaches but it might be fun to interact with others . I wouldn't like it if town was so noisy I couldn't sleep.Please send me your thoughts.Thanks!
