You may contact in Culebra Villa Boheme, Casa Ensenada, or VIlla Fulladosa, the last one does not have A/C.
There is more activity in Vieques, and several good beaches ( try La Chiva, or Punta Arenas) besides Sun Bay, and Media Luna.
Culebra you have Flamenco, Zoni, and may others, but Culebra has a time lenght to do things larger than Vieques.
That is... In Culebra everything takes more time, a meal, going to the beach, whatever.
I have been visiting both for over 21 years, my choice is still Culebra.
