Doug just gave you the best advice for sunsets. Stayed at Tamarindo Estates for two weeks back in Oct. '04 and witnessed awesome sunsets over looking Luis Pena'. The helicopter pad on or near Mt. Resaca would be something that you should really check out. Gorgous views and I can only imagine the sunsets. Ricci's at Tamarindo is the best restaurant on the island. Treat yourself with a great meal + drink and beautiful scenery to boot!!!
