July 4th transportation rental issues

We are looking for a transportation option for July 4, 2019 from 8AM-5PM and it looks like Carlos, Jerrys, and UTV Rentals all have no availability. Can anyone recomend another option for getting around the island. We have luggage and would like to have a rental transport option. Ohterwise, we will need a locker to store the luggage and we will need to walk. Thanks!
