Making our first trip down to Culebra March 3-10 so this is kind of a recon mission. I'm a part time musician and some of my past trips that I've taken down to the British Virgin Islands I've brought down my old Martin guitar. Traveling with my guitar and airlines always makes me stressful and since I've never been to Culebra and its only a short while I've decided to travel sans guitar.
So here's where the wishful thinking comes in. Anyone down there that might be willing to rent a guitar to a total stranger? I'm staying up at Jim's villa and later Seabourne, and wouldn't think of taking it down to any beaches.
I've struggled with the thought of would I be willing to rent one of my guitars to a stranger so I completely understand if this post is met with a chorus of crickets...
