Trouble Contacting The Dinghy Dock

Hello everyone on Culebra! I a wondering if there is another way to contact the Dinghy Dock. We tried calling the number and emailing the address listed in the food and drink section, but have not heard back. We don't speak Spanish and I am wondering if that could be why they have not gotten back. We are looking for a place to host about 20-25 people for dinner.
