Taquillas lancha compra online es seguro?

Quisiera saber porque si me cobran en el momento por el servicio se tardan 3 a 4 días en responderme con las taquillas o sea que aún pagando en el momento no es seguro como lo sé?

they need the money to actually buy the ticket(s)! If they cannot get it, then you will receive a refund!

Thank You for responding, But I already paid for the tickets both ways, how do I know it is secure? I thought I would get the tickets as soon as I was charged for them. What happens next how much more do I have to wait for my tickets?
