Hi, we will be on Culebra from June 27-July 1-- we would really like to explore, not sure what the best transportation options are.
We are leaning towards sharing a scooter (only 2 of us), but wondering if it can handle the roads? Or golf cart?
Cost is also a consideration.
Should we rent for the whole trip? We will spend an entire day on Flamenco-- what is the cost of a taxi trip?
Our rental comes with bikes, how hilly is the island?
