First Visit to Culebra

I am visiting Culebra for the first time with some friends in early June 2016. We are going to have a car and want info on the best way to get tickets on the ferry to and from the island. I called the numbers on the home page; the first number no one answered and the other two didn't work. Is there a way to purchase advance tickets for the passengers and the vehicle? The online purchase only gives me the option to but passenger tickets. Does anyone have a contact # to best reach the ferry ticket booth?
