Could tickets be picked up at Culebra office?

Is the Fajardo ticket office (reservation) the only place to pick up all reserved ticket including those depart from Culebra to Fajardo?
Could it possible we pick it up at Culebra's office because we booked flights all the way to Culebra and will not stop by fajardo.

I assume you are talking about ferry tickets? CUL-FAJ tickets can of course be picked up in Culebra!
