WE vacationed in Culebra years ago, and a few years after we went, my parents spent a day on Flamenco, and said it was horrendous. Mosquitos were everywhere. And it was windy. and yucky. They traveled in April. I thought that that was the same time period we traveled.
We are planning a trip back in June this year. What kind of weather, bugs, etc might we expect in June?
